甚高频技术在变频压缩机组绝缘在线监测的应用

摘要 本文首先对变频压缩机组绝缘监测的重要性进行了探讨,通过对变频压缩机组中噪声的分析和研究,揭示出变频压缩机组中高频谐波的产生机理和危害,在此基础上提出甚高频局放检测技术对高频谐波的屏蔽作用,通过对现场设备的检测实验成功验证了甚高频技术的抗干扰性能,天津安源公司的甚高频技术成功应用在国家管网变频压缩机组的绝缘状态监测中。

Abstract This article first discusses the importance of insulation monitoring for variable frequency compressor units. Through the analysis and research of noise in variable frequency compressor units, the mechanism and harm of high-frequency harmonics in variable frequency compressor units are revealed. Based on this, the shielding effect of very high frequency partial discharge detection technology on high-frequency harmonics is proposed. The anti-interference performance of very high frequency technology is successfully verified through on-site equipment testing experiments. The very high frequency technology of Tianjin Anyuan Company has been successfully applied in the insulation status monitoring of variable frequency compressor units in the national pipeline network.

1 引言 国家管网是关乎国家能源命脉的核心企业,天然气管网运行的稳定性取决于天然气压缩 机组的安全性和可靠性,变频压缩机组的绝缘是影响压缩机长周期安稳运行的重要因素,对变频压缩机组的绝缘进行在线监测是当前管道企业面临的重大的课题。近几十年来,随着局部放电检测、无线电检测、时域反射、X射线、红外线、声波、压力波以及各种高频特性技术的发展[1-2],大型电动机组的绝缘故障诊断和定位技术取得了巨大进步,特别是甚高频技术的出现为变频压缩机组绝 | 缘在线监测提供了可靠的理论支撑和实际应用基础。 管网企业中,变频压缩机组设备的绝缘被破坏会造成设备短路,这是产生变频压缩机组故障停机的主要原因。为了提高变频压缩机组运行的可靠性,对压缩机组进行在线绝缘监测势在必行[3]。 1.1 安全性 管网企业的生产装置属于易燃易爆场所,压缩机组绝缘的破坏会产生电气短路、高温弧光,严重的会引起爆炸,对防爆要求极高的管网企业需要对压缩机组绝缘进行在线检测,防止火灾爆 |
